Registered Student Organizations (RSO) and Georgia Tech Departments may request Student & Campus Event Centers equipment to be used in other facilities or outdoor spaces on the GT Campus campus outside of the Student & Campus Event Centers Department managed facilities.
This form is a request for equipment and should be submitted at least four (4) weeks in advance of the event. This form should only be submitted after securing campus space via GT Events. Proof of space reservation (via reservation number) is required on this form.
