Registered Student Organizations (RSO) and Georgia Tech Departments may request Student & Campus Event Centers equipment to be used in other facilities or outdoor spaces on the GT Campus campus outside of the Student & Campus Event Centers Department managed facilities. 

This form is a request for equipment and should be submitted at least four (4) weeks in advance of the event. This form should only be submitted after securing campus space via GT Events. Proof of space reservation (via reservation number) is required on this form.

Our Event Services team will contact you within 2 business days with a confirmation.

Item Included Equipment Fee
JBL PA System Self-contained portable audio system with 12 tweeters, a 12” subwoofer, and built-in mixer. The 7 channel mixer allows up to 4 microphone inputs and 2 instrument/aux inputs. The 7th Channel is Bluetooth/Aux input.

Additionally:
  • Up to 4 wired or 2 wireless microphones.
  • All required cables and extension cords up to 25 feet.
  • Standing/table top microphone stands available at no additional fee.

Pipe & Drape Kit Used to divide, hide, and/or decorate a space.
  • 1 kit includes 2 uprights, 2 bases, 1 adjustable crossbar & 100% polyester drapes.

  • Covers 8 ft. x 8 ft. OR 8 ft. x 10 ft.
  • Price includes up to 5 pipe and drape kits.

Tables and Chairs Tables for outdoor spaces that are not managed through the Student & Campus Event Centers Department (including Tech Walkway) must be requested through Georgia Tech Event Staging (brandon.ford@facilities.gatech.edu).

On very rare occasions in which GT Staging cannot fulfill the request, the Student & Campus Event Centers Department can provide the following equipment: 6 ft. folding tables, folding chairs, high-boy tables.
Tier I Price Includes:
-Up to 10, 6 ft. folding tables, and/or
-Up to 50 folding chairs, and/or
-Up to 8 high-boy tables

Client is responsible for pick-up and drop-off of equipment at the John Lewis Student Center 2nd floor Information Desk.
