Research Consent Form
You are being asked to be a volunteer in a research study.

Purpose:
The overall purpose of this project is to understand “nontraditional” job experiences among individuals with disabilities and to compare their experiences to those without disabilities. “Nontraditional” jobs refer to work that is not permanent. Examples include working for a temp agency with different assignments, freelancing as a writer or photographer, performing contract or piecemeal work, or doing app-based jobs such as Uber, Lyft, Handy, or Taskrabbit.

Such nontraditional work often is known as "contingent employment."

We will be asking contingent workers with disabilities and contingent workers without disabilities to participate in this study.
