Thank you for your interest in completing RHA's End-of-Year Survey. This year, we are interested in surveying residents on personal mobility devices (e-scooters, e-skateboards, etc), laundry machine maintenance, and the menstrual product program.
As an incentive for completing this survey, each person who completes the survey will earn four virtual raffle tickets, which they can allocate across our various prize packages (which include Squishmallows, LEGO sets, weighted blankets, and more). Each ticket counts as one entry, and you can allocate your tickets however you see fit, putting all your bets on your favorite prize, or spreading your chances among all your favorites.
All raffles will be drawn on Friday, April 29th at 10am, and winners will be notified shortly thereafter, along with pick-up instructions. Given that the end of the semester is near, we are able to mail prizes to any residents who have already moved out before the raffle ends.
This survey should take no more than five minutes to complete—all fill-in the blank questions are optional. All responses are anonymous, and no personally identifiying information will be tied to your responses. Any data that is reported on will be reported on in aggregate.
