You are being asked to be a volunteer in a research study. The purpose of this study is to get your feedback to help us improve the Code Crafters software and build on our proposed quilting and computer science workshop happening later this year. The survey will take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete. Your personal information will not be required or requested for this survey. The risks involved are no greater than those involved in daily activities. You will not benefit or be compensated for joining this study. We will comply with any applicable laws and regulations regarding confidentiality.
You should be aware that the experiment is not being run from a secure https server of the kind typically used to handle credit card transactions, so there is a small possibility that responses could be viewed by unauthorized third parties such as computer hackers. Qualtrics will NOT log the IP address of the machine you use to access this page, e.g., 102.403.506.807, and no other information will be stored unless you explicitly enter it.
