The purpose of this study is to understand the experiences of individuals who use, are considering using, or have decided not to use stairlifts or wheelchair lifts. This effort is part of a Georgia Tech Capstone Design project addressing current design shortcomings. You will be asked to complete an online survey about your mobility challenges and opinions on stairlift use. The survey is expected to take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.

There are no physical risks associated with this study. However, some questions may ask about personal experiences with mobility challenges, which could be sensitive for some participants. You may skip any questions you do not wish to answer. 

There are no direct personal benefits to participating. However, your responses may contribute to research on improving accessibility and mobility solutions.

Participation is entirely voluntary. You may choose not to take part or stop the survey at any time without any consequences. If you do not wish to participate, simply close this page. Your responses will be anonymous, and no personally identifiable information will be collected. All data will be kept confidential and used solely for research purposes.
