Welcome to the School of Physics Concerns and Feedback box. This is an anonymous method for students, faculty, staff, and all other constituencies in the Georgia Tech School of Physics to provide suggestions, express concerns, share ideas, or file complaints.

No identifiable data (e.g., IP address) is collected when you submit a concern. You can provide identifying information if you prefer to not be anonymous. Please be aware that anonymity may limit how effective our response can be.

The School of Physics ombudspeople will review all submissions on a weekly basis, then exercise their best judgment to determine the most appropriate course of action. We will do our best to address each submission in a reasonable manner.

Please note that concerns reporting harassment, discrimination, assault, or intent to harm or self-harm, will need to be forwarded to the appropriate Georgia Tech offices/authorities (e.g., Title IX, GTPD).
