Thank you for your interest in filming or still photography on the Georgia Institute of Technology (GT) campus.  Please complete and submit this form and someone from our team will respond to schedule your scout visit as soon as possible.
Non-GT persons or companies who are not currently contracted design or construction vendors are also required to pay a non-refundable scout fee of $100.  The link for this payment will be emailed to you when your scout visit is scheduled.  The fee must be received prior to conducting the scout visit.
Please note that small productions require a minimum of 10 business days to reach final approval.  Major motion pictures, television episodes, and some advertising commercials require approximately six weeks for approval.
