General Volunteer - (Willing to help with any task at any location. "Put me in coach, I'm ready to play today")

Graduate Guest Services (stationed along path graduates will take to get to the court, answer questions, move line along)

Graduation Celebration Volunteer (Assist with celebration at Scheller preceding commencement)

GradPass Troubleshoot Table (help graduates solve issues with GradPass, the QR code needed to participate). Additional training will be required.

Court Movement Management (guide students to their seats, on and off stage)

Graduate Seating Assistance (help students find where they need to sit for their ceremony and make sure that students are sitting when the ceremony begins)

Interior and Exterior Guest Services (guide guests to their seats, answer general questions, and hand out programs)

ADA Seating Assistance (help guide guests who need accessible accommodations to their assigned ADA seating)

Graduate Entrance Assistance (manage line traffic at student entrance, make sure graduates are wearing the correct regalia, and has the GradPass)

Volunteer Room Assistance (help volunteers prepare for their assignments, answer questions, distribute and collect communication radios)
