In this workshop, Dr. Natalie Lundsteen, Assistant Dean for Career and Professional Development at the University of Texas- Southwestern Medical center, will share skills and strategies for effective communication. Feedback is an inevitable part of communication, but it can be a challenge to deliver and accept it in our workplaces. In this workshop, you will learn about different types of feedback, and will be given tips on how to give, receive, and process feedback.
