Study Title: Designing Art Education Technologies for Informal Learning Environments - Survey

We are asking you to take part in a research study. The purpose of this study is to understand how children (Kindergarten – 4th grade) learn or engage with technology for art education in learning environments. For this study, we are looking for parents who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States.

In this study, you (a parent of K-4 children) are invited to participate in a survey. The survey will ask about your child’s experience at art museums, their preferences for technology, and your preferences for their interaction with technology.

There is minimal risk to this study. Note that your IP address will be recorded; however, this information will be stored on a secure server and deleted prior to data analysis. Your responses will be aggregated with others for analysis, ensuring confidentiality. There will be an option to leave your contact information at the end of the survey if you would like to receive updates on the tool's development. If you choose to provide your contact information, it will be stored separately from your survey responses.

You will not be paid for joining this study.

We will follow all relevant laws and regulations to keep your data secure. To make sure that this research is being carried out in the proper way, the Georgia Institute of Technology IRB may review study records.
