Registered Student Organizations that show a need for storing specific items in the Reflection Space can be allowed space in storage to keep their items. This is only for items that will be used in the Reflection Space by the RSO members. The storage will be monitored by staff regularly to ensure that only Reflection Space items are stored here.

If an RSO has other items that they need to store that are not used in the Reflection Space, they should work with the Center for Student Engagement to rent a secure locker in the Student Organization Hub.  

RSOs must reapply to keep their storage space each semester by the last day of classes using this same form. RSOs that do not complete the reapplication by the last day of classes must remove their belongings by the last day of finals. Items or property that are abandoned will be removed by SCEC staff the Monday following finals week.
