With rising enrollment and limited classroom space, the institute has implemented several initiatives to address these challenges, including converting event spaces, renovating outdated classrooms, and introducing 25Live, a new scheduling optimization software. Together, these efforts have allowed 2,000 more students to secure seats in physical classrooms this semester.
