We are a group of first-year MS-HCI graduate students at Georgia Tech, and we invite you to participate in our study on engagement and incentivizing MARTA use during the 2026 World Cup. Our goal is to gather insights into riders' experiences with MARTA when attending major events, including challenges and perceptions, to help us improve the overall transit experience.
